Dog park

In addition to public green spaces there will be 5,000 square foot dedicated for a dog park that will also be open to the public based on this feedback

Outdoor tables and community gathering area

Outside of the restaurant and retail spaces there will be a 20,000 square foot area for public events and dining with tables and lighting.

Public Art

Solicit local artists by public RFP to create public art for both the Metro Plaza and the Temperance Ave portions of the project.

Under Consideration

We have spoken to a number of stakeholders that are interested in participating in the development of an RFP as well as in serving on an advisory panel. An initial draft RFP will be circulated to these stakeholders in early November.
